Fragmin injections
Struggling with injecting at home because it’s unpleasant and hurts.. how do I make them hurt less? I still have so many left. I’d like to be able to do them on my own but I’m just to scared to do it so have been getting my partner to do it but he might not always be here at 10pm

Numb the area with an ice cube, Also I used to bite down on the grey lid that covers the needle 😅 it's not pleasant also administer in a fatty area, I had to have them with my last 2 pregnancies
@Elle (i can't see waves) I will try using an ice cube. I honestly don’t blame you they sting like a bitch

I noticed when you stretch your skin and get the angle right it hurts less. Oh man so difficult, I had to do them for months!!
