Help

Soo I went to the dr and he said I most likely have pcos. I don’t have periods unless I’m on birth control and then it’s non stop unless I stop taking the pill. I throw big blood clots right and left when I’m on it to the point have to wear a tampon otherwise I go to the bathroom to get them out every few min. Anyways. I’ve heard it’s hard to get pregnant when u have pcos and also hard to loose weight I hate the size I’m in and I want babies one day….i also want to do things naturally I don’t want to have to go on pills cuz honestly I’m horrible at taking them….so if yall Have any ideas for loosing weight and healing my body naturally please let me know

I just got diagnosed and I have a 10 month old! It’s not impossible 🥰 my doctor told me to take myoinositol so that’s what I’m doing and follow a Mediterranean diet. I just started so I don’t know if it will work but I’m hopeful! I haven’t been able to lose any weight since having my baby which is frustrating but I’m hoping these changes help! You can get myoinositol on Amazon but maybe ask your doctor first!

I got diagnosed 4 1/2 years ago, I have a 1 1/2 now. It was a bit harder for us, and I did use clomid and letrozole. My problem is ovulation, even though I still get periods. You might want to look into Kym Campbell she has a free 30-day program that is pretty good she also does a paid 10 week one. I've seen it work for so many people. It is kind of a lifestyle change to eating less high inflammatory foods. She's all about doing things naturally, so it might be something you want to look at she also has a lot of great information about pcos. She was diagnosed a while ago, I believe.
