Weaning

So unfortunately I am going to stop breastfeeding it’s just taken way to much of a toll on my body and my mind. I need advice for weaning baby towards formula. Thank you.

I dont havr experience with this but you can mix formula and breast milk together if you want to try pumping and lowering the amount you pump over time that could work

We started with introducing a bottle a night of formula for a couple weeks until his body got used to it. Then slowly increased the formula feeds and reduced breast milk ❤️

I have a picky baby so we’ve been going .5 oz at a time. First day was .5 oz formula 3.5 milk. She took that fine, so two days later we went up to 1oz formula 3oz milk. So far it’s a slow process but we’ll get her there!
