I don’t think so! I really struggled previously with another pregnancy and the pharmacist said there was nothing medicinal I could take.
So, lots of water, anything full of fiber, kiwi (skin on is better), orange, lots of prune juice (not from concentrate), walking, swimming and I’ve also heard milk of magnesia is a good one.
thankyou so much! honestly im only 13 weeks so im treading very lightly with what i take, ill give the milk of magnesia a go!
