So self centered

Today at the zoo my husband walked through a door with our 3 year old and let it close. So I was left to open it while pushing the stroller with our 9 month old. Another dad saw me struggling and came and opened the door. My husband's reaction was to roll his eyes and say the guy was making him look bad. Not that a nice stranger was helping his struggling wife... only that he did it to make him look bad. 🤦‍♀️. I don't understand how someone can be so self centered.
