Hospital
Well I was in the hospital for two days I am 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I am 4cm dilated 75 percent effaced and i dont know what to do i been hurting and i told the hospital i didnt want to leave just to make sure they not wrong bc I got diabetes and my baby girl is 8p already i am so scared i will have deliver her at home because i feel like the nurse don't know what she doing

Just go in on the next shift. The shift changes are usually around 7 at most hospitals morning and night or a different one. And if YOU feel anything is wrong trust your gut and go.
I did and they send me home
If your having contractions and over 4cm don't they have to keep you? Or is your pain not contractions? Maybe call your doctor and then maybe he or she can just send you there that day? Or you can always just go back and say how much pain your in.
I guess even if your having conversations at 4cm they don't care
No this is so wrong you need to be in there. Screw them talk to the management they can't do that you need help .. you've dilated 4cm they should medicate and attend you asap talk to them tell them you don't feel safe going back.
I want back the other day and they send me home again
