I completely understand this and you’re not alone! I was like this too but I find talking to someone I’m close to really helps. Feel free to message me if you like as I’ve got some other really useful tips etc x

Hey I totally relate to this. I agree with the first comment. Talking to someone who understands what you're going through has helped me. Especially if they're mamas in the same boat. Here's something that has been a saviour. Hope this helps
