Rash on face

Just wondering if anyone has seen this kind of rash before? It started as red eyebrows which I assumed was just because she was tired but it's spreading down her cheeks, into her ears and onto the top of her back. It passes the blanching test and it's not like a proper rash, her skin is just red. She has got a tooth that's just about to cut through but no other symptoms at all. We rang the nurses line and they said to see a doc in the morning and we have an appointment booked, just wanted to see if anyone else has experience this! I'll add another photo to the comments

From those photos, the redness doesn’t look dry, flaky or bumpy so it might not even be a rash, rather just an irritation to the skin. If it does get worse, no harm in using a mild baby moisturiser! But if you’re still concerned, definitely see see a Doctor:)
