I stopped smoking and using vapes just before I gave birth to my daughter due to sickness,but recently I’ve been really wanting to use my vape again I breastfeed is it safe for me to vape whilst breastfeeding?

I stopped smoking cigarettes when I found out I was pregnant but stayed on vapes but unsure if I can use it again
On the nhs website it says to wait 30 mins after smoking to feed as it’s when the nicotine levels go down in your bloodstream
