Sleeping bag tog guide
Hi,
I’m so so confused as online there is so many different conflicting pieces of advice!
My room is 20-22 degrees that’s the coolest I can get it. It does drop to about 19 through the night sometimes.
What Tog bag should I be using and what should he be wearing under the bag?

Our room goes between 18-22 I noticed my baby is most comfy wearing this (checked temp regularly to see she’s not too cold/hot and sweating)
18-20 - long sleeve vest & 2.5 tog sleeping bag
21-22 - short sleeve vest, sleepsuit with feet and a 1.0 tog sleeping bag
I do the same as Sofia. Agree there’s a minefield of advice out there but that seems to work for us
I think you should always go by the sleeping bag you bought guidelines. There were only a handful of sleeping bags that met safety requirements so I only would have stuck to those brands.
