Nappy rash
I have a 3 day old girl & she’s sore well doesn’t look sore but red always she is showing no signs of distress or being uncomfortable she’s very happy and content but worried as the redness isn’t fading even after putting cream on ( child’s farm )

Just leave nappy off to air for a bit. Could be the nappy. Some kids have sensitivity to some brands
ok I’ll try a different brand and see if that changes thank you xxx
Try sudocreme it’s thicker my girl had a red bum that didn’t look sore or uncomfortable and I used sudocreme and it looks miles better 🥰xx
