@Laurie ok thank you. And do you know that I have to find a job and child care within a certain time such as 2-3 months or not really?
You'll be encouraged to work ASAP. If you don't keep the commitments they set then you could be sanctioned. They may also put you on courses that you'll have to attend
@Laurie sure I don’t mind just the matter of child care for the required hours (30h). And haven’t even count the journey itself to the workplace. I don’t know how is possible to cover that 30h a week and pick up/drop my daughter somewhere where they can keep her for that long🧐Sounds a bit challenging at the moment as I have never done it before,but thanks for the advice.
If youre on UC fhey pay 85% of your costs which is really fortunate so definitely doable. Most childminders/nurseries do half day or 8-6 so you can work 9-5 easily.
@sharlene thanks for the advice!
Yes as Sharlene said they'll help with any extra hours on top of the funded hours too
You'll have much more regular meetings once she's 3. You'll have to spend time job searching, applying for jobs and be able to prove it by putting it all on your journal. I'd start actively looking now
