Bleeding has anyone bled while pregnant in their first month mine is bright red but im not in pain at all how long does it last and is my baby ok my dr says its ok

I did!! Freaked out and balled my eyes out. Turned out to be implantation bleeding. Just pay attention and make sure you get your dr know. Keep document of it, how much, color etc but I'm sure it'll all be okay đź©·
