@Bec was it just a little spotting on and off or something more. I’ve been bleeding for two days. But it’s still just watery pink/dark dark brown red. I was expecting it to have turned more into bright red/clots but we haven’t got there yet so I’m trying to cling onto some hope it’s not going to end badly. But just want to not be unrealistic.
With my daughter I had heavy bleeding on and off until I was 27 weeks pregnant and with my son it wasn’t that heavy but I had it quite a bit . Just try and take it easy and I was told not to do the deed 🙈 which was not gonna happen anyway as I went down the single route and had my son through ivf x
@Bec thanks so much, I’ve called in sick today because I’m a special needs teacher and it’s just not possible to take it easy. This is an IVF baby too but I’m in a same sex marriage. Glad both your pregnancies ended with beautiful babies xx
The first one didn’t end in live birth but that was the hospitals fault but thank you and just try take it easy . And best of luck with your pregnancy x

@Rachel don’t be sorry . I wasn’t offended, you didn’t know .only reason I lost her was because they sent me home when my waters broke. Nothing to do with the bleeding etc I don’t try scare anyone with what happened to me all I say is if your waters go stay put in hospital whether they tell you to go home or not , best of luck x
I bled a lot during my first few weeks. I think around week six, I had a huge bleed it was like a period. I thought it was all over as I’d had a previous miscarriage, I then had a scan the next day and baby as well. He is now 14 months. I hope all goes well for you.
@Pally thank you for sharing your story 🤍 I wish there was more out there around bleeding and how much is normal. The only thing that there really is implantation bleeding vs miscarriage.
Hi Rachel. Sorry to hear you're having this worrying time with the bleeding. Could be worth asking your clinic for a progesterone blood test too if they are doing a beta one too to check if they need to increase the amount you are taking. I know friends who had bleeding either very early on and throughout pregnancy and now have that child. So wishing you the best that this is the outcome for you and your partner too x
