Joint pain and pros and cons of HRT

Hi I wondered if someone could give me some advice please. I am having elbow pain which is in my arm wrist and hand and wondered if this was a symptom of perimenopause. I also wondered if someone could give me some advice about HRT and the benefits and disadvantages of taking it and the risks that come with it. Many thanks

Hi Paula... greetings! Elbow pain and wrist pain are also very common in perimenopause...one of my acquaintances had it...she was prescribed sum anti-inflammatory and analgesic along wid calcium...but it was quite baffling for her ...coz ..it was persistent...now it's been intermittent...you will find relief slowly in due course of time ....I also have an inflammation of bone in my upper wrist....doc says...it's called ganglion cyst....we are all sailing in the same boat....I hope my ramble could provide you with sum answers ...take care👍

Thank you so much for the information I really appreciate it
