I just wanna sleep fr.

I’m now 31 weeks and my insomnia is just ridiculous at this point and I can’t get comfortable or stay asleep. I feel like a rotisserie chicken doing rotations in an oven. I feel like I’m on my 8 rotation. I guess it’s laughing my butt off at TikToks and Instagram Reels.

I literally had 3 hours of sleep last night 😆. Now I have to wake my kids up for school and get ready for my glucose test 😔😴

I mean your so close to the end so idk if it’s something you would wanna invest in or maybe you already have one but around that time the only thing that helped was a pregnancy pillow for me lol. Id prop my belly on top of the pillow arm and it relieved so much weight and stress on my body lol. But your so close the misery will be over soon😭😭

Try no screens for like an hour before bed to let your mind and eyes settle. Also, a warm bath or shower really helped me when I was super pregnant! I’d do that, put lotion on (or have hubby rub my legs with it) then lay in bed and do a meditation (I love the free app Insight Timer for great, simple ones) — & most nights I’d pass out before the meditation was even over!! Good luck!

Have you tried magnesium? I used a magnesium lotion called Good Night Lotion from Earthley Wellness for both my pregnancies and it was so helpful. Magnesium helps with several essential functions in your body and improves sleep! It doesn’t make you sleepy or drowsy, but it helps you get better sleep. Also, like someone else mentioned, warm baths or showers and little to no screen time before bed helps as well.💜
