For baby acne you basically have to let it run it’s course but breast milk on it can help.

@✨Wis 🇭🇹 how often with the breast milk? And I pump can I warm and use the one I put on the fridge?

Yes you can use the one in the fridge, even do milk baths too. Once or twice a day is fine. Even just hands express and apply it like lotion. I didn’t deal with cradle cap so I wouldn’t be able to give advice on that btw

You can use coconut oil and brush your baby’s hair backward to remove the scales. Be very consistent with coconut oil.

@Zulaykhah any particular brand? Thank you

Just check any coconut oil brand that is unrefined

Ive been using the frida baby cradle cap treatment and its been working wonders for my son, depending on how severe your baby girl has it you might have to do a few sessions. Amazon has the shampoo and brush.

My baby had pretty bad cradle cap and baby acne 😅 For cradle cap, I used the frida baby comb system and honestly looked at a bunch of tik toks for tips. For baby acne, I loved the mustela cleansing water and I ordered tubby Todd. Recommend both! For baby acne, you can also get cream from the pediatrician if you see any spots that won’t go away despite everything

@Jessica I have the kit will get the shampoo

@Monika the tubby Tod I have but I think it strips her it seems burn I don’t know but I decided to hold off on tubby . At first I loved it but then I look at her ears and they didn’t look well so I’m not sure if that’s what caused it

@Keela every baby is different so it def could be the tubby Todd that caused it… if it seems like a burn it could be excema and not “baby acne”… my daughter also had excema but is starting to grow out of it. It mostly appears where she sweats (like under the knee or creases)… I personally like the baby eucerin cream for excema. Tubby Todd worked well on my baby’s acne but on the excema I found that eucerin was more like hydrating on her dry spots. It’s all trial and error… every baby is so different

@Monika thank you! 🩷

Use coconut oil for it. It keeps the baby hair soft and it’s easy to take off the cradle cap.
