Peppermint
Is peppermint oil ok to use during pregnancy? Had a sore back and my partner rubbed a bit of peppermint oil on my back will this be ok?

I took peppermint tablets throughout pregnancy as they are prescribed for my IBS - doctor didn’t say to stop them

NHS website says its not usually recommended Tho neither is deepheat/deep freeze and i used them when i had a sore neck when pregnant a couple of times and all was ok. I wouldnt over use it x
