The worst sleep ever/ restless legs

I am riding on fumes right now. Every time I lay down I feel my legs need to move or something. I just looked it up and it appears I maybe iron deficient. Which could be true bc I take a prenatal that’s chewable and it doesn’t have iron. I don’t like taking pills.. any other ideas on getting iron? Anyone else having horrible sleep?!😴

Was going to suggest iron deficiency as a reason!:) definitely take some or eat iron rich foods! Your body is working overtime right now so you need that iron and rest❤️

I’m tempted to leave work and get an iron supplement and go home ! I’m exhausted

I vaguely remember taking a liquid iron supplement when I was trying to get pregnant that an acupuncturist suggested. You take a tablespoon or so—but it tastes like iron and is pretty gross, but might be a good option.
