Runny/watery green poo?! **pic attached***
Help please! My 9 week old is on Kendamil comfort milk and his poos are constantly runny/watery consistency, is this normal? He does spit up quite a lot of the time. Been to the doctors and they’ve prescribed me infant gaviscon but hesitant to use as I don’t want my baby constipated. She gave it me to see if it would thicken his poos up. She’s advised if his poos don’t thicken in 3 weeks he may have
CMPA.
His sypmtoms are:
Raspy after feed
3oz every 3 hours
Runny/watery poo
Tummy gurgling
Gassy
Reflux
Advice please?

My daughter was like this and she has CMPA. Does he cry a lot or moan a lot?
Also green is usually when baby has caught some cold or something like that
My baby has cmpa and his symptoms were exactly what you've described just with added skin rashes. His poos are also that colour and consistency even now with his new formula (sma althera) which is working wonders for him, he's a totally different happy baby x
My son was always hungry again after a feed so I used extra hungry sma formula and he would sick up every bottle and poo runny poo every feed until I switched his formula to cow and gate 1, doctors gave the infant gaviscon but never used. He is now very happy. He’s 13 weeks and now on 6oz.
