Lip tie?

Does anyone have any experience with lip ties? Do you think this is one? My little one clicks while feeding and losing latch all the time so take in so much air and really struggles with colic and gas because of this and I’m wondering if the latch issues are because of a lip tie? If so does anyone know if anyone in Nottingham will sort it? Happy to pay Any advice appreciated
