Really confused -helpppp

My period is due in 2 days but I’ve been having light brown discharge for 4 days now on and off and I’ve also had very dull aches in my lower abdomen. Assuming it was my period coming early I had given up for this month, but i just did a pregnancy test and it’s come back very faint positive. I thought implantation bleeding could only be 1-3 days. So, I’m still not believing it’s viable…worried it’s a false positive or miscarriage or chemical etc. For context, I’m 11dpo. Does anyone else have experience with this? And what was the outcome for you?
