Before our son was born, my SO and I were talking about kids shows we wanted him to watch. He brought up this show. I was surprised because my SO is filipino and mentioned a bunch of shows I either never heard of or never watched.

I got pictures of watching it and holding a stuffed banana in pajamas but have no actual memory of it 😂

My sister and I, 1yr 2mos apart, lived that show, even dressed as them for one Halloween. We begged our parents to move into a home with stairs so we could sing the song and “come down the stairs” like them. Wholesome children shows I miss and wish for my daughter. We limit her access to screens but when she does it’s classics like the Bananas.
