Walks in the fresh air if you can manage, I've started doing some gradual build up tan which I find helps me feel better about myself treat yourself get your nails and toes done xx
Go get pampered hun, get your hair & nails done so you feel a bit more fresh and happy. Little walks each day x
First thing in the morning, doing a fresh outdoors walk in a park (preferably near water). This helps a lot with energy boost too. Might be a little chilly still though - bundle up!
