Feeling yourself

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on feeling more yourself late in pregnancy? Things that have been keeping me going have got too painful recently. Swimming is causing serious cramps under my bump and my pregnancy yoga class which had been helping now leaves me struggling to walk the days afterwards. I can do slow walks but hobbling around doesn’t give me a mood boost like exercise would 🙈 Missing being at work. I just feel so useless and I don’t know how to manage these last weeks and feel good about myself. Any tips or ideas would be amazing x

First thing in the morning, doing a fresh outdoors walk in a park (preferably near water). This helps a lot with energy boost too. Might be a little chilly still though - bundle up!

Walks in the fresh air if you can manage, I've started doing some gradual build up tan which I find helps me feel better about myself treat yourself get your nails and toes done xx

Go get pampered hun, get your hair & nails done so you feel a bit more fresh and happy. Little walks each day x
