Toddler hitting head
Our toddler hits his head when he’s really frustrated. It’s been going on for months. At night if he wakes up upset he’ll bang his head against the backboard of his bed. He never really hurts himself, but is this normal?

My baby went through this phase!
My daughter was doing this and we tried to ignore it unless she was really hurting herself and she finally stopped.
Yes. I did this as a baby. My mom put her hand under my head when I went to throw my head back on a cement floor in a basement and she yelled OWWWW and then apparently I never did it again.
