Ovasitol vs myo inositol

I tried ovasitol and I got my periods back along with other supplements The good thing about ovasitol is that it has both inositols

I tried Ovasitol for 3-4 months and didn’t see much of a difference in my symptoms. I ended up discontinuing use.

@Rachael were you on any other supplements?

Well in my experience I changed a lot of my lifestyle I drank ovasitol with a cinnamon and bay leaf tea twice a day and I changed my diet to PCOS diet and PCOS exercise and prenatals even though I wasn’t pregnant at the time But who knows it might not help everyone but it is essential to PCOS

@Melanie I was taking my prenatal and vitamin d at the time. Now I’m on metformin and I’ve lost 20+ lbs so far and my bloodwork is in a healthy range again. I know some people don’t like metformin but it’s been very tolerable for me and helps me battle insulin resistance.

@Rachael I'm currently on metformin, all my test are good. My testosterone is high, so wasn't sure if this would help level it out.

@Melanie it’s the Theralogix brand And actually thanks to that I got pregnant aswell I did a lot of research

@Eliz definitely trying my best with diet. I currently take metformin, prenatal, vitamin d, and a baby asprin.

@Melanie you can say that again I was doing good getting my periods every month, but then I got pregnant and got into the cravings and you know gained weight during pregnancy and right after pregnancy since I had my cravings it’s hard to go back into a strict diet and there’s another problem I have to my husband is a chef and I didn’t live with him until we got married and got pregnant right away

Myo inositol, specifically the chirp d and myo brand brought my period back and has helped me to lose weight as well. The brand I use is peach perfect which also has some other vitamins, but the wholesome story brand off of amazon works well too.

@Eliz oh boy, I bet that's hard. If my husband was a chef I'd be asking him to make everything. Lol

I didn't try either of these specific Brands but myoinositol was the reason I was able to conceive after 14 years of infertility. My PCOS causes me to not ovulate however still maintain a regular period. I did four rounds of letrozole trying to obtain ovulation and it did nothing. Fertility clinic put me on myo-inositols and I was pregnant within my second cycle
