Travelling abroad

Hi all, I’m a FTM and my baby will be 4 month old when we go on holiday to italy. We will be renting a car so we obviously I need an isofix and a car seat. We are planning on taking a joie tourist pram on the plane… are we supposed to take an isofix and car seat as well? Or is this something we can rent alongside the car? What have others done?
