Watery baby poo

I’m EBF my 12 week old, she’s always put on lots of weight and is an absolute chunk, feeding well, lots of wet nappies but every poo nappy is like water, is this ok?

My baby is the same (15 weeks), he’s goes every time I feed him and it always been watery. I took him to the doctors and they said it could be a cows milk allergy x

In my experience, this is totally normal with breastfed babies. As long as it still has bits that kind of look like sesame seeds. If it’s accompanied by lots of gas and discomfort then you need to switch to lactose free milk for yourself and that usually solves the issue
