Yep! I was sodden when I started going on the treadmill again, having had leaks when getting out and about walking fast before starting exercise at8 weeks. I properly focused on pelvic floor exercises (had been very lax before) and after about 3 weeks it seems fine 🤞🏻
I’m doing pelvic floor exercises whenever I feed the baby as my leaking immediately PP was really really bad. It scared me so I’ve been pretty diligent. If I were you I’d ask to be referred to pelvic health/womens physio. Google nhs pelvic floor and that’ll give you a really good starting point.
Have you been doing your pelvic floor exercises? I’m on my second baby and thought they’d be bad as I’m so lazy at doing my exercises. I found the best way to fix it, is wait until I’m bursting for a wee and then see how long I can hold it 🤣. Seems to have worked a treat.
