Swim diapers are designed to hold poop. No diapers are going to be able to hold pee or liquid poos while in a body of water unfortunately. But reusable swim diapers may still be your best option in terms of durability. Regular diapers will swell and burst in the pool, which is really bad for the pool.

Also, some pools and water parks have requirements about the diaper so you might want to see if there’s a policy before heading to the waterpark. 😊

Usually you put the disposable swim diaper on then the reusable swim diaper and a swim suit.

definitely! But check the brand! Some say it “breaks the seal” of their reusable diaper.

That's why you have the disposable there, though. Either way, this is what I was told to do by the pool for my baby's swimming lessons

A regular diaper doesn't ever work in pool at all it puffs up and explodes that's why the have swim diapers cause chlorine in pool deals with the pee and the swim diapers do hardly poo unless straight liquid

Use a one piece swimsuit and a swim diaper! At least this way if it goes up the back it’s more contained:) Regular diapers just absorb water and get huge and uncomfortable!
