A little nervous

Already talked to my dr and he said to just monitor my pain. I was 1cm dialated yesterday at my ob appointment, well about 20 mins ago I'm pretty sure I lost my mucus plug. I know that they can grow back and it doesn't necessarily mean I'm going into labor anytime soon. What worries me though is that it wasn't slightly brown, pink, or even clear. It was super dark brown like it was all old blood. I had some bleeding after my appointment yesterday where he checked me that was heavy for a short time but also all brown. I'm just worried that I should be more worried and that my dr isn't worried enough if that makes sense. I'm currently on my birthing ball doing hip rotations and I'm trying to get baby to move more
