Labour?

I think I’m in early labour? I’m currently 34+1 days pregnant I’ve been feeling sick and nauseous the past few days and I’ve had a wicked headache since last night. I’ve woken up this morning to my knickers being really damp with a clear fluid that doesn’t smell of anything and on and off pain in my back by my hips I’m not really sure what to do now 🫠
