Footling breech baby - section at PRM

Hi my baby has been footling breech since before 27 weeks (currently 34). Consultant said they won’t do section before 32 weeks. I have also just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Has anyone had a planned section prior to 39 weeks. Very worried about risks associated with gestational diabetes. Thanks

I’m 25 weeks and baby has been breech since 22 weeks also have gestational diabetes and I have my section planned for 35 weeks as he’s measuring big also x

I’m due to give birth in Wishaw

Did they say why 35 weeks? I was hoping to go about 37 weeks but consultant at princess royal maternity said earliest 39 weeks

As he is measuring 4 weeks ahead I have been given 35 weeks

I have a scan at 36 weeks hoping for more answers. My baby was measuring 5lb 7oz at 32 weeks

Hopefully they give you a date then when you go for your scan
