Bio or non bio?

I've just spotted this on the NHS website, now back when I last had a baby I had it drummed into me that non bio was the only way to go. Has anyone just stuck with what they usually use or do you change to non bio for babies clothes?

I used normal washing powder with my first and will do the same this time

I wash with white vinegar and soda crystals. I don't use chemicals washing powder at all 🙂 my second child was allergy to all non bio and staff so I changed to totally natural way of washing 🙂

I use normal washing powder and never had an issue, my son also has eczema and the washing powder makes no difference for him as we had this checked. I tend to just buy Costco's own as it works out cheaper

It’s not only about skin irritation but fragrance and other chems can interfere with baby’s microbiome and their developing hormonal/endocrine system. It’s worth researching each chemical in the ingredients list before using. I find it better safe than sorry and I’ll only use basic ingredients on bub

Ive always use non-bio

Vinegar… all washing powders are full of carcinogens and hormone disruptors.
