Pregnant?

So I’m really confused right now and I thought I’d turn to other moms for advice and help. I ovulated the 19th (last Friday) and I didn’t think too much of it. I got some more ovulation/pregnancy strips on the 24th (Wednesday) and thought what the heck I’ll take an ovulation test for fun. That night at 10pm my test came back positive and every one I’ve taken since then has came back positive. I’ve read that an ovulation test can sometimes detect early pregnancy? Has anyone else experienced this? It’s too early for me to take a pregnancy test because I’m only 7depo but I’m just so confused. I have had cramping since yesterday nothing terrible but definitely noticeable. I’ve never had this happen before. Someone help😂😭
