8 weeks pregnant

Im currently 8 weeks pregnant but this last week I haven’t been very well with a head cold and a cough. Suddenly the last few days all my pregnancy symptoms have gone completely and I’m really worried. I’ve had no cramping or bleeding but I’m very anxious something isn’t right. I have a reassurance scan tomorrow but has this happened to anyone and everything’s been okay?
