Prolapse/pelvic floor experts

I’ve had a prolapse (flip sake) and need to get help with my pelvic floors. Anyone know of good pelvic floor physios? And if you’ve used them does it help? I’m based in Antrim. Can’t cope with my uterus hanging low 😂😭 it keeps popping out and I’m actually losing the plot.

u should go doctors hun and ask for them to send u a link so u can self refer for physcio

I went to the doctor and he said it was only at a 1 but it’s since got worse. Do you think I should go back? Any time I lift my baby in the car seat I can feel it falling more. So annoying because I need to be able to lift her 😭 and I want babies in the future and scared it’s going to prevent that. Why me 💔 I don’t know a single other person that it’s happened to. Getting me down now!!

It is actually really common. People just don’t talk about it or a lot don’t realise they have it. I’m only 22 with one kid and I have it never could’ve believed it could happen to anyone under the age of 60 but it’s just so hush hush. Really wishing you all the best it’s so hard to come to terms with ❤️

I was referred to kingsbridge in Belfast by my gp to see the gyno who has referred me to physical therapy however it’s an extremely long wait my son is 1 now and still heard nothing of it.

@Ellie is it any better? Or still low? That wait is ridiculous 😢

Belfast Back Clinic in north belfast have been amazing for me x

It seems to have stayed pretty much the same I don’t like to check as it gets me down ahhaha

The mummy physios are magherafelt direction
