Anxiety and stress

I’m really struggling at the minute with a lot of stress and anxiety, I’m a stressful person normally, but finding out I’m pregnant and also being newly single have made me so stressed, have anyone got any tips on how I can deal with these emotions? 🤦🏽‍♀️ every time I’m stressing my stomach is really hurting and I’m trying my best to calm and chill out because I know it’s not good x

Distraction is best I think. Speak with friends and family about other things or have a Harry Potter marathon, whatever puts you at ease normally. The first trimester seems to be an anxious time for everyone so you aren’t alone xx
