Well no period this month but around 11am I started spotting it’s 8:02 pm now and still light even more light and ima a very heavy starter in my cycle what I am expecting please any ideas ?
I'm also usually a heavy starter but I've had a few regular cycles that were lighter before. Usually linked to recent travel, diet, or life changes. Take a test of course but it definitely could be a period
