Health anxiety & nursery
Guys I suffer with health anxiety. My little girl is going nursery 3 times a week 9am until 2pm and has done since Feb. So far she's had one temperature, a 2 week bout of diarrhea and snotty nose/cold every other week. I know it's normal and I know it's builds the immune system blah blah but I cannot cope. I cannot cope with a temperature I am terrified of it. I've JUST been told there has been an outbreak of hand foot and mouth at her nursery!!! Do I keep her out for a few days? I don't know what to so I'm so stressed. I can't handle this.

Oh Lauren, I am the same!!! My daughter’s nursery has just emailed to say they also have an outbreak of hand foot and mouth! The days after she goes nursery are always such a worry! My little one has been going for a year now and was constantly poorly for the first few months. Thinking of you tho, health anxiety is terrible and literally eats you up! It does get better ❤️🩹
