My spouse and I have been together for 4years and we’re currently pregnant with our 2nd child, we have been arguing constantly, and each argument just gets worse to where we both feel like we should no longer be together. Has anyone ever dealt with this ? What advice can you give ?

I've been with my partner just over 4 years too, also just had our 2nd baby 8 weeks ago today. We have bickered SO much in the last year its ridiculous. Advice wise, unsure really as I'm in the same position 🙃 but, you can call the labour ward &/or triage & talk riddles/hints & they'll make you an 'appointment' or say come in for 'monitoring movements' & you can have someone to talk to. This is what I've just done yesterday, which has taken me a very long time to do. There is also something called sidas (where I am anyways). They'll help you with all the above & more - I also did this yesterday with the midwife who I had support from. They can make partner stay in the waiting room if he were to go with you, they know what they're doing to keep confidential ☺️
that sounds very helpful! I’m not sure if they do that here in Texas, I definitely have been contemplating going to therapy for myself atleast since he’s not very interested in it

I got appointments from my health visitor to talk about whatever I wanted. I was given 5 talking sessions and they were over 3 months, it helped to have someone completely unknown to me to listen to my problems. She let me talk about absolutely anything and everything without judging and was really supportive. Me and my partner have been constantly arguing and I’m in a situation where I don’t have my family near me and I don’t feel right going to his parents to talk about it as it’s their son. Talking to friends might help and the only other thing is couples therapy. It may help you to remember why you both started dating each other in the first place, what made it good and how to get back to a good place. People change all the time which can cause people to naturally drift apart. It can be difficult when you feel someone doesn’t understand you, I’d suggest talking to someone that would. You may need support outside of your relationship and support from inside

Sorry I’ve just read the comment you put before, in UK we have NHS. Is there any type of program online or near you where you can get some support?

I wouldn't know the answer for Texas sorry, as I'm only aware of what the UK offers. But as for therapy, I 100% think you should because even tho your partner isn't interested, you deserve support & usually it's best from somebody on the outside who doesn't know any backgrounds & can listen to you from fresh.
You're gonna be okay ☺️
