Bleeding

Hi! I've had 2 scans now, both with viable pregnancy and a heartbeat.. however I still have blood when I wipe and I am so anxious!! When I asked they said 'it isn't normal but it is very common' which didn't really help the 'why am I bleeding' question!

If there's a heartbeat is that a good sign?? They said everything is in the right place. However I should be 8 weeks but my scan yesterday showed 6w4d.. is this normal? šŸ˜…

I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks, just when I wipe!! It's just horrible but baby has a heartbeat!

This just popped up in my feed (I’m a December 2023 mama), and bleeds can be common xx
I had one that lasted for a couple of weeks - it turned out it to be an unexplained subchorionic haematoma and the baby was absolutely fine (she’s a beautiful, chatty 20w old now!)
I think it’s not deemed ā€œnormalā€ in the way you should expect it to happen in pregnancy like you would sickness/tiredness etc. But it does happen in many pregnancies.
Scans at this early stage can vary, so please try not to worry - your dating scan will confirm everything!
The heartbeat is the most wonderful, reassuring, GOOD sign! It’s easier said than done, but enjoy it! Your body knows exactly how to look after that little flicker!

I had bleeding on and off during my last pregnancy and because I had a previous miscarriage before and I had an erosion on my uterus, I was prescribed progesterone they stopped the bleeding for me and now I have a healthy 10 month old I'm not sure if they can prescribe them for you but it could be worth asking xx

was it heavy or just there when you wipe?? X

i wasn't soaking through pads but when I wiped it was pretty deep red and made me worried I called the epu that checked me over and said because of my previous loss I could have the progesterone xx

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🄰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
