Pooping
How long after your sections did pooping stop hurting, I have good bowel movements but at the end when I'm about done ( even with soft stool) I feel like my.guts ae falling out 🙄🙄 I thought this only happend for like the first few and I'm 9 days pp now!

@Abril yess I have awful trapped gas, I've found pure peppermint tea does the trick ! Not the nicest of taste but it does work xx
