Hand wash for eczema

Does anyone have any recommendations for hand wash for us to use before handling a baby with eczema?

We need to apply an emollient several times a day to our baby’s skin including to his face. (Doctor said some brands and soaps
like Childs Farm can say they are gentle and suitable from birth but actually also aggravate things!)

Since starting some solids (veg only) he’s had strong reactions to food/ liquid being on his face while he eats. We have been prescribed emollients (AproDerm) have checked it’s not a food allergy, and have been given Piritin also - but I think a hand wash I used some time before applying his emollient has caused the eczema to worsen.

Looking for something gentle that won’t interfere - is there anything that’s worked for anyone?
