So eye experiencing pain after /during sex post partum. Any one else been there? I’m 2months after birth. Any tips for healing?
It’s not excruciating pain. Just mild discomfort.

I did experience pain in my first sex but I washed with warm water and it went away. Haven't tried again
I waited 8weeks or so to do the do and no pain I only have pain when the weather is bad
