Hi girls I’ve got my induction booked for 14th May for various reasons😬 I’ll be 38 weeks exactly, I had my son via being induced but I was already at the hospital so haven’t experienced the whole “booking and waiting for a phone call” process..
consultant said it’s booked for the 14th May, but can call anytime between 14-17th day or through the night to say an induction bed is available, what is your experiences with booked inductions? Were you waiting long for your calls? (I suffer severe anxiety so knowing different scenarios might calm me down)😅🙈

I was booked in for induction with my LB, they just told me a date and time to be there!

ahh , they just book you in on a date here and then you have to wait for a call anytime day or even through the night , and could be waiting up to 3 days after that date aswell for the phone call 😫

@Kirsty oh god! Hopefully they don't keep you waiting for long!

I was told someone would call me around 7am on the Friday, they did but said there was no beds available. Luckily I got a phone call later saying to come in for around 2pm. Xx

I was booked in for an induction due to a lack of movement.
I was given a time and date, which ended up being my due date. And was told just to turn up to the ward, and they would take care of me from there.
But I suppose each hospital is different? Try not to let it stress you out to much, I know its hard x
