Not an expert at all, but I think it totally depends on your body, skin elasticity etc. I’m not 100% comfortable with my new body even though I know and appreciate it so much for everything it’s done in the last year. I don’t have any specific advice other than to give yourself lots of time, lots of appreciation and embrace whatever you feel comfortable in at the moment.

Hard to tell without before or after. If you exercised before, muscle memory will help. If you didn’t there’s mum and baby exercise classes in most areas around the uk. Healthy eating is usually the biggest part. But exercising from brisk long walks building up to proper workouts will spur on the desire to healthy eat and usually keeps motivation when you start feeling stronger and tighter within yourself from exercising if that makes sense. It’s hard to start sometimes or get back into it. But once you make it part of your routine that’s when changes will happen
