Sole custody

Has anyone ever won sole legal and physical custody of their child? I am seeking this for my daughter with visitation for her father. I don’t mind him having her for a few hours but not overnight. She is 4months old and exclusively breastfeeding. I filed a restraining order on him because he went to punch me while I was holding the baby and stopped at the last second. We left the same day. He has pending charges for resisting arrest and fighting with police. I don’t know if this will help my case at all. He lives in two residences. One residence doesn’t have utilities, and the other residence has piles of junk everywhere and you can’t even walk through the house. It’s like a episode a hoarders. His brothers, my daughters uncles are also facing gun charges and my baby dad’s license to carry with recently revoked. The reason why I mention the uncles charges is because I’m going over the sole custody paperwork, and it asks who all the child will be living with so I feel like the court should know the other people in the house criminal history. I, on the other hand, have been the default parent, I handle all doctors appointments, pay for insurance, childcare, keep up with her routine, milestones everything. Do you think I have a case?
