Help
I have the worst cold, I can’t breathe out my nose at all and my throat is so sore so hurts to breathe out of my mouth and dries my mouth up.
Any idea what I can take medication wise to help? I’m 26 weeks tomorrow

Can I use the sudafed nasal spray?
I think just paracetamol! For your throat how about honey and lemon in hot water? I've been squeezing half a lemon into a cup with 2tsp of honey in boiling water. I did that 4x a day for 2 days and it eased so much! I'm almost better X
fresh orange and grapefruit juiced 2-3 times a day. They say avoid lempsip act. This worked for me and it cleared up. x
sorry to be the bearer of bad news but none of the nasal sprays that actually help are recommended.
Try the saline sprays and hot water with plenty of honey and lemon + paracetamol.
I will however say when I had my nasty cold I did end up using Sudafed once because there was no way I was sleeping otherwise so you know…🫣
I had honey and lemon in hot water, halls
Soothers, steamed with Vicks every day and put Vicks round my nostrils and on my chest every night. Also took vitamin c and zinc every day x
