Sore throat
I have such a sore throat when I swallow, I work in nursery so deffo caught something 😅
I know I can’t take much but what did everyone use for sore throat when pregnant?
Am I allowed soothers?

I work in a nursery too and omg I got a b2b cold this year 😢 I just used paracetamol and soothers. You can’t take lemsip though - my midwife told me off for using it x
it’s awful isn’t it 😠especially in baby room they have no cares, just cough right in your face 🫣 as long as I can have soothers then I’m alright 🤣x
